At Lochside Charms, each bracelet is handmade with care and attention to detail. Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or buyer's remorse.

Returns

Returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may be requested to help us review your request.

Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed and are generally not offered. Any refund requests will be reviewed individually and granted solely at the discretion of Lochside Charms.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
